you used original pulley as well i assume

makes no sense then, the only thing that could cause a vibration is the tub and you say yours is ok. the only other parts you have fitted does not revolve so cant cause vibration

was yours a sealed tub originally or was it splittable ?

Yeah used the original pullley. As mentioned the new tub came in two halfs i.e, spittable. I had to assemble with a neoprene gasket and bolts. I’ve turned the drum and it runs true with the door rubber.

There is one thing that I was wondering. On the plastic tub there are brackets to attach the springs. There are two brackets side by side on each half of the tub. I put the springs back as the existing was. Could it make a difference if I moved them over?

    thanks

the springs are placed to suspend the drum roughly in the middle of the space available. If by moving the springs you find that the drum is no longer central then its going to hit something
also you must have moved over the concrete weight from one tub to another. have you double checked these are secure ?

    thanks

Yes they are secure, double checked them when tightening. They are held by big torx screws, I had the correct bit size in my car kit.

I’ve just wedged the machine between the two floor cabinets and now it runs okay! Not a long term solution though.
