AEG L62600 W/M just stops

Have an odd fault can anyone help please,This washing machine fills starts washing then just stops could be after 10mins 30 mins or 1 hour sometimes flashes E40 or E50 nothing down on insulation.

Have you checked Carbons ?

Yea the brushes are ok ,its odd because ive never known a door lock work then break down in the middle of a programme last night it stopped for about 2 or 3 mins after about 15 mins of the programme then started up again it seemed to happen just before the heater switched on thought maybe its a relay on the board.
