Hi Guys.

Machine pumps continually.

Have checked anti flood etc but all seems well.

Customer said it stuck on 1 minute until she turned it off.

She went on holiday and on her return machine stuck in pump mode.

Any suggestions.

Best you go into diagnostics and read the position 10 ‘last error recorded’ I would suggest.

Same as all the other Lux machines, Press and hold Start and First Option buttons then rotate knob to 1st position until LED’s flash. Release buttons and rotate knob to the 10th position to read off the last error code recorded. Don’t you have TDS then or what? 😀

Disconnect the pipe off pressure switch see if it zeros itself.
Have found interlocks on these to cause the 1 minute left thouh, by not releasing.
If pump running maybe theres something stuck in impellor & machine has’nt emptied, if it does’nt read empty it won’t do anything else.
