    Hi everyone, stuck again!
    91400130400. German made. Old machine.
    No fill fault code C1. Single valve fill.
    What I know: got a live to valve. Valve reistance measures fine. Got no neutral hence no fill. P/swt ok/ Air trap ok.When set on any fill programme the dispenser electric selector motor runs making strange noises, but that might be normal! I know the pump works, the motor works on spin, the element is fine, and I had a look at the pcb next to the motor- this pcb was repaired last year by me as fault code C9, can`t see anything amiss this time.
    Thinking it could be the soap dispenser top unit part 8996454308306 @ 80 quid which has wires to and from the i/let valve as well as the little selector motor
    Anyone ever had this problem please?

    the draw top do go. when they do you hear a clunk, clunk noise as the gears slip

    Hi Dave, cheers! Yes sounds as you describe, so the motor`s gears have snuffed it / presume switch cam in there somewhere too hence no neutral = no fill. Well I`ll have a word with the owner and see what he wants to do. Good to hear from you.

    UPDATE 30/1/2017
    Yes, a new replacement dispenser top cured the problem of no fill. All up and running now.
