    Hi guys,

Have an issue with an AEG washer dryer where the dryer side wont work.

Wash cycle works prefect, without any issues but when it comes to drying, the machine locks the door but then wont do anything. Error E41 also comes up on the display. I understand E41 is a door lock issue along with a few others but it locks and unlocks without any problems.

Does anyone have any ideas but also does anyone know how to get into the diagnostics? Ive tried the usual, turn the dial to the right once, hold down the “start” button along with the “tempo” button and then gradually turn the dial again going through the cycles but it just isn’t having it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

PM me an email address and I will email you the info.

Always worth checking dryer element insulation as well.

DOH. Beat me to it Tim, was just editing my post .

Did you happen to insulation test the dryer elements as they are a weak point on a lot of these washer dryers & can cause strange errors if the insulation is remotely low…

    [quoteYes, insulation has been checked.]

Directly on the elements rather than on the 13 amp plug?
