    Customer informs me when starting a wash program it goes straight to rinse message cycle on screen, clicks a few times then finishes cycle, also if put straight to spin the drum turns- but wont spin, lasts a couple of minutes then ends.
    any advice please John

    Are the clicks the door solenoid opening? Some faults do act that way.
    Sort of safety mode to prevent use of machine till fixed. Take the diagnostics pdf pages with you. Had one where recirc. pump was burnt out and had taken triac (a/c switch) out with it.
    Not saying it couldn’t be the brushes but more often they stop the motor dead.
