Aeg L99695Hwd – no dry

My Aeg L99695Hwd does not work… the service mode show EEC alarms. The heat pump work (make noise) but air is not hot.

how to fix it?

don’t expect air to be hot as the only heat is the waste heat from the compressor

as for the alarm I can show you what the manual says but making total sense of it is more difficult

EEC – COMPRESSOR FAILURE This alarm is set when the Compressor sensing does not match the expected relay state or if the power line signal sensing is not valid (must toggle at line frequency). The alarm will be set after 20 minutes. This time is necessary to understand if the fault condition is caused by the compressor or the internal thermo protector. The drying cycle process will not be stopped. To clear the alarm is necessary reset the current cycle by selector or pressing start/pause button at the end of cycle or simply switching off the machine.

therefore probably the compressor is broken? I don’t think it’s possible to fix the washing machine myself…

is 4 years old.

i’m from italy… aeg offers a flate rate to cover any fault… with two years warranty to spare parts and 60 days manpower.
