    The fridge seems to be cooling and maintaining temperature fine but the back of the fridge has ice build up. I’ve removed the ice, then with some struggling the panels/covers as well and it’s a thick wall of over behind the covers.

    Model number is 72348-KA1.

    Any ideas?
