AEG Lavamat 57700 dryer not drying prop….

Have had a call on an AEG 57700 dryer – cleaned condensor & water tank – check heating load .Seem’s ok at about 10amps. All seemed ok. Checked with customer a few days later – “Yes yes it seems to be working fine” etc.

I now notice that we have rebooked a call for next Tuesday for same problem ie not drying fully.

Any experienced AEG techs who may be able to shed some light?.

I assume a thermister controls the autosensing but have no idea where it is located – this is a VERY small laundry.
