AEG Lavamat 610 controller fault?

    We have a 16 year old AEG Lavamat 610 which has developed a fault in the controller, as far as I can tell. It’s not advancing and has a buzzing noise.

    The E.Nr is 605 637 104 and F.Nr 024 984 327.

    I would prefer to fix it if possible as the machine has performed well otherwise, just needing new brushes.

    Is a new controller needed or just a motor or similar?

    Also, are the door seals still available, and what is involved in fitting them? Ours has developed a bit of a gap to the drum at the bottom and is
    swallowing the odd sock.
