AEG Lavamat 72630 not working

Hi, my AEG Lavamat 72630 stopped early on during a washing cycle, and now (after emptying it and starting fresh) when I try to start it, all the right lights come on, the door locks, but nothing happens. I tried the reset procedure but that didn’t have any effect. The filter is clean and I’ve used the little hose at the bottom to empty it.

first thing I would check would be the motor brushes

Update: I seem to have solved the problem by blowing through the drain pipe… It must’ve been blocked somehow?

Thanks for the advice, Dave! I changed the motor a few years ago and the brushes were still fine, but I seem to have solved the problem by blowing through the drain pipe…

Oops, with 47 minutes to go, the machine has now stopped…

No, nothing! I’ve re-started the machine and it’s still going although the display was stuck at 47 minutes again for a long time before starting to count down again.
