Machine completes programmes ok, the door interlock does not release.
Nothing obvious on PCB, pressure chamber OK, new interlock makes no difference.

Previous to me calling the interlock solenoids (coils) were chattering, (no I do not know what they were saying)

Anybody have any clues ❗

Have you tried keeping the lock outside but connected so you can check what is happening when the programme finishes. That is whether or not the live or(more usually) the neutral is being switched off at the end?
If it isn’t then it’s gotta (I say with some doubt) be either the timer/board or wires/connections from it to the lock.
I don’t usually re-install a lock till I’ve functionally checked it in this way. Saves a little time sometimes although such problems are uncommon, IME.

PS Since the thing was heard chattering that suggests it wasn’t switching off properly.

Check level three pressure switch contacts.

Might only be a problem after a heat pause. Which means it may be intermittent and not show up on your test.
