AEG Lavamat 86800 – Clock/Time error + ‘Draining 0 0’ error

I have a 2 year old AEG Lavamat 86800 washing machine that has for the last 4-5 months got stuck after washing. It doesn’t drain, rinse or spin and says: ‘Draining 0 0’. This only happens however on the ‘Linen/easy cares’ programme and then only when I’ve used washing tablets rather than liquid. All other programmes work fine and this programme works fine when I use the Liquitabs. I’ve checked the drain pump for blockages and this is fine. Any ideas??

A new problem on top of this one has developed in the last month. The time/clock refuses to set. The small flashing top ‘start-time’ arrow doesn’t stop flashing even after ‘setting’ the correct time. After a day has passed I switch on and the clock’s back to 12.00??
