AEG Lavamat Turbo 16830 replacement water inlet valve

Hi, I’ve recently been getting a E10 fault code when putting the dryer on for a second time because it hasn’t fully dried on the first run.
After looking around on here it seems the water inlet valve is the most likely culprit.
Could someone please confirm the right part number for it and give me some pointers on how to replace it please?

Hi,

The water valve will be this one and it should be fitted at the rear left hand corner (looking from the front), usually fixed with one screw and/or a clip.

Hi,

I too need to replace the water valve but the link above is rather generic and gives me search results for ‘aeg’ . What is the correct part number? This model 1249472315 refers to the L16830.
When I search for ‘aeg inlet valve’ I get various washing machine inlet valves but am not sure which is the correct one.

There can be more than one, to know you need the PNC number off the rating plate. But, for that model it’s likely to be this one:
