ParticipantHi,
I was hoping someone could help me clarify where the NTC sensor on the drying duct of AEG lavamat protex turbo washer dryer is.
Prod number is 91460480100, model number is L75670wd.
Diagnostics returns an error E73 –
Fault in NTC sensor on drying duct (voltage out of range = short-circuit, open circuit)
Drying NTC sensor (duct) faulty
Wiring faulty
Main circuit board faulty
Heating is skipped revert to StartI thought i had found the NTC sensor and after testing with a multimeter found that there was no continuity in one of the wires connecting it to the board. I then went to try and find the part and found the following diagram:
According to this i have been looking at the water temperature probe? and the NTC is somewhere to the side or underneth the drying unit. However, I can’t find this NTC anywhere. So I’m a bit lost. Any help would be really appreciated,
Thanks,
Matt

Hi
The attached explosion might help i your quest. The NTC is position 470.
Trouble is unless you have worked on one you are not going to know. These AEG washer dryers are not that high in volume which is probably why there has been no responses so far.

Thank you very much Don. I’ll go ahead and look for replacement wiring for that part then. If you know off hand somewhere that would have it pleae let me know. Thanks for taking the time to reply, really appreciate it.

Hi: Before looking for any type of replacement, it’s always a good idea to test & make sure that the part your ordering is actually causing your problem.
If you contact UK Whitegoods parts store, the nice people there will possibly have the part or be able to source it for you.
Please remember: Plug out or Power off when testing. -
