i have machine about 8 years old problem is when on wash cycle it will fill and drain but drum is not turning iv split machine and tested the heater and this apeared fine belt is attatched and drum will turn by hand any ideas cheers

A model number would help. 😉
Motor brushes would be the first port of call I would think.

No records found for that model number, have you got the PNC number from the rating plate?
