    Hi,

I have had a call about this one saying that it is not operational as it says Safe in the display. Is this just a user setting that needs to be done or a genuine fault as I have not come across this?

    Thanks in advance

    Deactivate child-proof lock
    – If necessary, switch off the appliance by the START key.
    – Press and hold “program” and “-” keys simultaneously until “SAFE” in the display goes out (approx. 2
seconds). Now the child-proof lock is deactivated and the oven is ready for operation again

    try this

    Thanks Dave,

I will give it a go. Thought it might be something like that.
