    Hi, I wonder if anyone would help me to fix this fault. It intermittantly trips the mains RCCD, most of the time it works fine

    Magnetron breaking down, HV diode failing, HV transformer cooking itself gently, HV capacitor breaking down, dodgy door safety microswitch.

    Don’t even think about fixing this yourself. The High Voltage side runs at 2.5kV and will store a charge……..

    I’ve been repairing for 15 years and the damn things still give me the willies – get pro help, please.
