AEG non frost Arctis freezer

hi, i have a 3 year old non frost AEG freezer. model no: 75238 GA1, product no: 922045871
over one year ago it started losing temperature and triggering alarm, was told to switch of for 24 hours and restart, which i did, but didn’t solve the problem. technicians took it to the work shop and gave it a service. it worked for about 8-9 months and it happened again. now its had the motor replaced (was the last thing under guarantee). its worked well for a month or so and started to lose temperature again. the motor still works this time, but switches on for a shorted time so it doesn’t work enough to keep the temperature at -18. i’m thinking its some sensor that triggers the motor maybe its not making it work enough? for me doesn’t make sense its a defrost problem cause its only been working for a month. can’t need to defrost every month!and if its non frost should it need defrosting?
it eventually reaches temperature with the super freeze on, but starts losing it again once its off, since the motor stays on for only a few minutes every time it switches on.
can you help please, I’m really fed up of all the trouble and all the food lost. feels like a really crappy appliance!
