S/N 21129598Went out to this a few days ago as the float switch was raised. Sponged the base out and set it going again. I sat through a full quick wash to see if it was going to leak again but it didn’t. Presumed all was good and thought it must have been an anomaly maybe washing up liquid residue left on a pan or something.
Customer doesn’t use rinse aid but does use the Fairy active burst detergent. Also no salt installed but we don’t really require it in our area.
Went back to the dishwasher again today as it had done it again so decided to bring it into the workshop for testing. All panels are removed and just sent it through an intensive wash. Only leak was from a breather pipe on the dosage unit located on the r/h side of the dishwasher. It leaked about 30mls so perhaps enough to lift the float after a few washes? Think I have seen this before a few years back but cant remember the outcome.. Is anybody able to advise me please?
