hi guys , i have this m/c and it has a C9 error , goes through the cycle fine , but drum not turning i removed the motor and the brushes were worn to nothing on one side , replaced both and cleaned the comutator , installed the motor but i’m still getting C9 drum still not turning anyone know the reset for this m/c thanks

No reset needed.
If one of the brushes was worn right down but the other was much longer that is usually a sign of a faulty armature within the motor.
Have you tested the motor with a multimeter or meggar?

no didnt test , do you know any values for the resistance tests cheers

Sorry, I don’t have the specific resistance figures. I would be checking for continuity first though if you get no sign of life at all from the motor.
