AEG OKO Lavamat Turbo 16800 – Dryer Problem

Hi

I have a AEG OKO Lavamat Turbo 16800 Washer Dryer that works fine as a washer but does not function as a Dryer.

When I put it into Dryer mode the timer does not count down and the drum does not heat up. The 1st (added) minute counts down and the drum spins but thats all.

Originally it showed an error code of E10 – The water tap is not open which I checked.

I’ve also tried cleaning the duct on the right side but to no avail.

As I think I’ve stated it no longer shows any error code. The machine is about 5 years old and is a UK model

Any help would be much appreciated.

More than likely it’s the water inlet valve at fault. A new one can be obtained here

Apologies that it has taken so long to say ” Many Thanks” – It worked!!

Bit noisy lately though – It was very quiet when it was newer
