AEG OKO Lavamat Turbo 16800. Washes but won’t spin

Hi, Need some advise on this one. I have checked the filter ( was a bit gunked up but I cleared it) and it still will not go onto the spin cycle. Washes through it’s cycle normally but the drum just turns slowly at the end when it is supposed to be spinning fastand the clothes are soggy at the end of the cycle. It seems to be pumping the water away during the wash cycle though ( which is puzzling)
Any ideas on the cause/remedy would be appreciated.

If all water is not drained it won’t go into full spin.
