hi this oven overheats , but when the customer turns it off the fan stops but the element stays on , and has to be turned off at the wall, as this has electronic control could this be the PCB rather than the thermostat, thanks

if the element stays on then my next step would be to check the relay on the pcb for short circuit
cheap easy repair if it is
