aeg oven not warming up

Hi , last week whilst pre – heating my aeg competence oven the main house breaker tripped out ,about half an hour later after resetting the trip i noticed the oven was no longer warming up , all lights on the oven are normal , fan is running , just no heat , suspect one of the heater elements has blown , and searching through older posts i suspect the fan element , do you think that’s correct ?
