Aeg oven top oven dead

Hi have a problem with aeg oven model number D31016 3 years old the top oven will not operate until the cooling fan kicks in.the main oven works no problem,so we run the main oven until the cooling fan starts to operate,then the top oven comes on.We have changed the thermal fuse still the same fault.Any ideas anyone?? 😕

Looking at the diagram I would suggest that you check the continuity of the white wire from the main terminal pin 4 to 11a of the top oven selector switch.
