This dishwasher, when powered up, seems to keep trying to drain. It does not respond to controls (such as holding the two front keys down to ‘reset’). Have checked water pressure and hoses. Apparently the problem arose when after starting a cycle, it stopped after a few minutes of letting the water in. I have uploaded some photos of the ID label and front panel display here:

I do not have it to had as it’s at a relative’s house, but can investigate a bit more if required. I am unfamiliar with dishwashers but have been repairing brown goods such as TVs and Audio for decades, have a multimeter and am aware of the dangers of live equipment. Any pointers gratefully appreciated.

At a rough guess the under base where the emergency float is has got a puddle of water. If so the drain pump continues to run because a component has caused a leak or the pressure switch has failed or blocked (the part that controls the incoming water) or could be that the wash motor did not start as it was filling up and over filled that way.
I`m not the greates d/washer guru on this site but some stuff to check and hopefully someone else will answer who is more experienced on AEG answers. See the AEG spares web page for your machine: https://shop.aeg.co.uk/search?text=91151403602

I44 is a pressure switch problem

find the switch and check the switch and pressure chamber for blockages

Thank you for the responses. I did try tilting the unit 45 ยบ to see if any water came out but none did, not sure if that is a very reliable test though!
Is there such a thing as a service manual for this unit which would allow me to trace the fault and identify the pressure switch?
