AEG RKE64021DW Fridge Ice/Temperature issue

Hello. We have a AEG RKE64021DW that we recently acquired from a family member. It works great with the exception that we get a lot of condensation on running down the back of the inside and which ices over down from the top shelf.

This has causes a larger problem in that anything which might be in contact with the back, has a tendency to partially freeze. The fridge is set to 4C. I’ve tried to determine if the Dynamicair function is working by checking if the fan is working, so I switched the fan on to manually run (at least I think it should be according to the manual and fan icon lighting up). Either the fan is not working, really quiet in operation or my hearing is terrible.

Any further suggestions on fault finding? Thanks!

as far as the back wall is concerned
all fridges of this type tell you not to let food touch the back wall as it does freeze and then it should defrost over a period of time
