aeg S75358 KG3 Fridge Freezer – Fridge wont get to temp

Hi Guys,

PNC: 925034005
Ser: 70420169

The above F/F fridge stays at room temp, The freezer works fine.

It has been thoroughly defrosted (48 hours), turned back on, left for 12 hours – same problem, Freezer has reached temp but fridge has not changed from room temp (display reads Frezer -18 & fridge 17).

I can not hear the fan running in the freezer at all but im struggling to get the cover at the top of the freezer off – (im going to let it defrost again and try again)

Has anyone come across this before? Is there anything i should be looking out for?

Thanks Colin, Can you send me the info. I cant for the life of me get this top cover off, There is definately no screws like on the Zanussi’s.
