have a prob with a customers machine, is freezing in fridge and display is displaying a small o, fitted module still the same, have tested ntc but sems ok ,any suggestions anyone plz

OK, which display is the small o being displayed on, the fridge or freezer section ?

If it’s the fridge display and the o is at the top it is a faulty fridge evaporator sensor, if it’s at the bottom then the air temperatre sensor is faulty.

If the small o is displayed on the freezer display then the freezer sensor is faulty (there’s only one for this section).
