AEG Santo 70348KG freezer issues

Hi Guys
I’ve got an AEG Santo 70348KG fridge freezer. Today i got the high temp alarm on the freezer. I’ve done the obvious and checked the door was shut properly. I’ve removed the ice on the shelf’s to ensure the draws are closing fully, and the doors sealing, but the temp keeps rising. I’ve activated the “frostamatic” but its done nothing.
The fridge is working fine at a constant 4C. Can anyone help be identify anything simple i could try? Also what the parts are round the back, obviously the compressors and condensers but which is which and what bits should be warm or cold etc?
Thanks in advance. Really don’t want to be buying a new fridge freezer.

Hi Rob, I’m googling this exact same problem with this exact same model. Did you find the cause? Like you, really don’t fancy buying a new appliance. I’ve just bought my first house and I’m brokus maximus!

Your advice (or anyone else reading this post) would be much very much appreciated.
