    The compressor is running, heat exchange getting warm, but the fan is not running, therefore warning light coming on after a length of time.

    Can anyone suggest fault ❓

    Customer complains the Freezer alarm just goes off, thermometer read about -15 so it looks like a sensor problem ?
    No pattern observed. Seems random, not every time door opened and usually some time later.

    Any Ideas
