AEG strange sound not drying anymore

Dear

We have a AEG model T59870
Type P502867 tumble dryer.

It worked great, even when a strange loud sound occurred.

My wife said that noise is normal but I pretty sure when we bought it (new) , it did not make that kind of noise.

Now: it makes another kind ( almost the same noise as before but not so heavy)of noise ,see little Dropbox video :

Since this noise has occurred, the clothes don’t dry as good as before.

Waiting for your ( urgent ) response as clothes need to dry ( my wife speaking 🙂 ).

Sounds like something is stuck in the fan !

how can I get to the fan?

there is also water , can this be a cause? or is this not normal?

Ok

I let a technician pass by to fix it.

There is a piece that needs to be replaced , he said it’s an expensive piece.

Total cost include hours , and 6 month guarantee is 140,00.

Can this notice you hear in the video be a problem in a piece? Something stick is not the same as something broken.

solved for 190 eur, misunderstood the person (140,00)

the motor (this piece was called to be some kind of a motor piece (engine piece?) ) was replaced by e new original one (120,00 euro’s).

can this be the cause of the noise? now the noise is ok. no noise anymore.

Dear all

after the issue was solved on 23th march 2016 , it’s back again .

we are not yet 2,5 year further, and same sound is made by the machine.

Is it normal that such a piece (see link dropbox in previous message) goes bad in 2,5 years? or is it possible another piece causes the mentioned piece to break faster? hmm
