Hi guys ,
I have an AEG T 55800 Tumble dryer coming into our workshop for a fault that I’ve seen at the house today. It starts it’s drying sequence and then runs for approx. 5-10 mins (no pattern), and then stops and says end on the display , I’ve removed the lid and it appears to be when it’s supposed to change direction , it doesn’t actually change but the drum stops , then starts again for a couple of rotations and stops and it sits there with what sounds like a relay clicking towards the front control panel . If I turn it off and start again it goes again for similar time and repeats the process . Any thoughts would be hugely appreciated please ????
Best regards Phil
It’s what it sounds like , but not constantly sticking , as in a buzz , clicking instead click – click – click . Didn’t investigate in the house , thought I’d ask first . Thanks Martin , and by the way thank you so much for the diagrams of the Zanussi WM , helped tonnes and yes it was the PCB .
I’ll check the relay when it comes in .
Cheers Phil
