AEG w/d l16810 not drying

Hi the above w/d does not seem to be drying properly ,the clothes are coming out steaming hot but wet ? the only thing i can find that i am not sure about the the 3 way water valve on the dry valve the water trickles in very slowly is it supposed to be like that ? heater tested ok pump ok spinning ok so im not sure ?

also the customer has bought this machine second hand and she asked how much electricity it used to do a wash and a dry so i lent her my energy calculator plug thingy and the results of the wash dry cycle with 3kg on quick wash 156min inc dry was £0.14p / 0.96 kwh seems a little cheap to be true ?

Its not condensing, the water does just trickle in it is most likely a blockage in the condensor
