    Help please

    I have a washer/drier, AEG Lavamat L12843VIT that has stopped working.

    Light comes on in little square box when dial is turned to a programme but no programme details show – just the light. Like something is frozen I suppose.

    Something similar happened once before. AEG advised the drier was not being used enough and damp may have built up somewhere. That time the problem just went away. This time nothing is happening.

    Is the control panel kaput? Don’t know where to start. AEG phone line is very poor.

    Would appreciate any help/advice

    If dampness is an issue in your house then checking the control panel would be the place to start looking…..go for it!
