It stops on average 3 or 4 times mid cycle at the same stage each time (no error code appears, the machine just pauses). Also, occasionally the error code E10 comes up but the water supply to the machine is absolutely fine and it drains perfectly well.

I’ve not been out to this appliance yet but just looking into some suggestions as it’s an intermittent fault?
The error does appear to be a drainage issue, so why only fail sometimes!!

    E10 codes are fill errors

the electric valve may have a flow meter

I’ve checked the parts list on Connections…. it has a triple valve but no obvious flow meter, other than the pressure switch — so not sure how to proceed, could it be that the water coming in is too cold hence the fault being intermittant??

While I have not seen this specific model I can say that I have had multiple instances of electrolux water valve coils going open circuit after a couple of minutes of use (usually the dryer valve coil) but when left they come back again so you have to catch them in the act.
