AEG washer dryer L87695wd = Dryer only works for a few seconds

I’ve checked the few past posts on this model but they weren’t relevant….

The washing machine side works fine…….. The dryer part starts normally until the motor/heater kick in

The board clicks and there’s power to the heater for a few seconds only (checked with my amp tester) then it does the same again…… then stops, the door lock clicks and it can’t be restarted – there’s no fault code and the display stays the same as the selected setting?

Both dryer heaters are around 66 ohms, the NTC at the front works and the wiring to all dryer parts is good

Any ideas please?

need the pnc number as there are 16 machines covered by that model

have you put it into service mode and checked last fault code ?

I don’t know how to access the “service mode”……. but the PNC is 914605702-01 SER is 44400034

have sent you 3 emails as files are too big for one

as per usual you will have to dig through to find the info as some is relavent some is not
