Aeg washing machine CE fault

Hi,
I’ve just had a lady on the phone who says shes got an AEG w/m that flashed CE. I cant find any infomation on CE for this machine. Had plenty of C9’s.
She is booked in for Wednesday and was just hoping that somebody could shed some light on it for me so that I am pre-armed.

motorized top detergent box cover…..u will hear it clicking ….dont bother trying to fix it, it never works…repolacement top…@£55 …easy to fit

Cheers for your replies guys.
Ive swapped quite a lot of these dispensor units for clicking before. Never knew it was a CE fault though. You live and learn.
