AEG washing machine l62825 914524111 diagnostics

Hi,
I’m just out looking at an AEG washing machine that the lady says stick at different times during the wash. I’ve got to it and it was on the 50 programme that’s it 114 mins long and it was stuck with 67 mins left. The lady says it stops at different times not always the same. Sometimes it’s spun sometimes it has water in. It has heated. Valves, brushes, heater all reading fine. I just can’t get the machine into diagnostic.
I’ve done all the usual start button with any of the other buttons while turning either one space anti-clockwise or clockwise but I cannot get it to come up, but I could really do with a fault code.
If anybody can help and has some information on this machine it would really be appreciated.

Cheers for that Martin, this machine didn’t look exactly like the one in the diagram but if no 9 is the start button then I must admit I didn’t try pressing two option buttons together and turning clockwise. Thats a new one for me. Usually always a combination of the start button and another.
I’ll give it a try.
