AEGF35080V1 NO HEAT

went to one of these, customer complains of no heat, tried on 30 min wash, heated ok. didnt have time to go any further.
any ideas? intermittent so heater ok.

you have to ask yourself is this a fault of the machine or customer perception. yes it could be a fault heater relay would be my first call but ntc and wiring problems feature high as well
could also be the customer. does this machine have a double glazed door? Had a few customers who could not feel heat and coupled with the fact the clothes came out cold at the end of the wash assumed it was not heating

It’s a Dishwasher, it’s more likely it’s a bad drying complaint they have, advise to use rinse aid. Heating fault could come from dodgy relay or bad soldered joint on p.c.b,
