Customer reported this plus F20 fault. Leaving tea stains in top basket.
Has put salt in container (normally not required round here) and the whole tub is now white.On test machine heats, drains, circulates as normal. Put on 60deg fast 30 min wash and the machine washes and heats but doesn’t go into rinses. Time goes through and then sticks at 01.
Bit stuck on this, but I’m thinking maybe turbidity/ temp sensor fault but too many things don’t add up on it. Mainly if it’s a 30 minute wash only I can’t understand why the top basket could be poorly washed.
Any ideas please folks.BTW water levels seem fine.

Cheers, I wondered about this I’d seen it before , that’s why I mentioned the water levels. Would that cause the other symptoms though?

would certainly explain the 20 fault which is a drain fault
mod is because switch entrance get contaminated and blocks
