ParticipantHi, I’m looking for some advice. I’ve ordered a new timer from Aga and it is apparently the correct one. However the pin arrangement on the back is different and although the new one is labelled, the old one isn’t. Is anybody able to assist? Photo included in the link. The old timer is the one with the wires attached.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks

2 reds on the relay are the same
other 2 it probably wont matter which way round but I would put the red on L and the blue on N

if you post picture of old and new connections on the back of the timers one of us may be able to help
simple timers can be bypassed so they are not needed to operate the cooker

ParticipantHi, I have a similar issue. Purchased a replacement timer for my Aga six-four DC6 and have received a slightly different looking timer. The old one doesn’t power up, neither does the new one if i replace the connections i have in similar places. see front and back pictures of old and new. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FzNLq-jOZ4TRZ7JeMBvpl5B10xHM1vYO?usp=sharing

Moderatoron your timer there should be a permanent feed to these 2 terminals both live and neutral
my guess is there is a failed thermal cutout somewhere
