Hi there,
i have this electric overn AHY 3300 – never used the timer or clock but once it started beeping non stop – would just not stop. No manual in the flat. i ended up trying to unscrew the clock by opening the oven – but it still beeps. Resorted to unplugging the oven.
Anyway – oven no longer works and the clcok. timer is broken. Do you know how i go about to fix this problem? Shall I risk buying a new timer (£75) even though I am not entirely sure if it’s because of that?
Doesn anyone know a trustworty and reasonable engineer to come have a look and fix it?
Woulod appreciate any suggestions

Re: AHY 3300
It does sound like the timer to be honest, although I’m a little confused as to the “beeping”. The AHY3300 has a mechanical clock which would “ding” instead of “bleep” – end of sound effects.
The timer is circa £50 plus postage for this model so not too bad, but I would recommend an engineer fits it for you to be honest.
Check repairs@ for UK Whitegoods recommended engineers, if you are going to have a further probe, please disconnect the oven from the power supply 1st :zap:
