    I know this is not exactly white goods but does anyone know where I can get a new ceramic element for this heater? I have emailed Aico but I suspect they have pulled out of this area of business.

    I know we have a source for ceramic elements for the heaters supplied by Pic-A-Pac, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find they are the same.

    Thanks Dave, I have now ordered a new element plus 2 additional heaters from the local branch of Holland House.

    I have given up waiting for Holland House. The heaters are now marketed by a firm called Design Applications but Holland House are waiting until they can make up a £200 minimum order before they can get my element. Can anyone help? it is 5″ square and rated at 1000 watts.
