With how popular these things are lately, anyone else expecting to be getting asked about repairs in the next year or two?

Hopefully parts like elements and motors start becoming available.

with the current way of thinking I doubt spares will be available. would be interesting to see whats done in warranty but my guess would be it just gets replaced

you only have to look at vax to find a manufacturer who makes it difficult to get spares and most times non are available. Shark is another one. we had to give a customer a 1 metre lead as the dog had chewed the rest. Shark would not sell a flex and since the flex grip was bonded on we could not use normal flex. Sharks answer was to buy a new motor unit at £80 or so

That’s the way I’m thinking it’s going to be, fortunately I get a few sharks with faulty motors then customers leave with me for parts so I salvage the flex out of them, doubt will be the same with Ninjas.
