All lights flashing on Hoover infinity condenser dryer

I have a hoover infinity sensor condenser dryer, model number vtc5911nb. All lights are flashing and doesn’t seem to be heating up, I’ve searched the internet and it tells me there’s a fault but can’t find out what fault, can anyone help me please. Thank you.

2 possible causes 1 the heater is faulty 2 the main pub has fail you can check the heater buy removing the rear cover and checking the thermostat with a multimeter
