    The evaporator is not freezing down at all, the compressor is not coming on. Dont often work on these. It is 18 months old.
    There is a stat attatched to the Evaporator it has two wires coming from it a blue and brown wires and it is open circuit. Dont know if the stat is meant to be normally open?
