Amana SSD522SW tripping rcd

fitted evaporator fan to this appliance as faulty, the appliance worked great while i was there and the fan came on.
Got a call back 2 hours later appliance tripped rcd’s.
Went back and found fan ok but one of the stats on top of the evaporator was 0.3ohm and the other was ok, 15K ohm.
When i disconnect the stat that is 03ohm from the heater the earth leak goes but the compressor does not start just the freezer light comes on.
could it have the pcb blown?, anyone farmiliar with maytag stuff? ah help

Hi

one of the cut outs is a thermal fuse ,normall a 2 blue wire one,the other a grey and orange one if i remember correctly is a defrost termination sensor that will go closed circuit when cold.
