american fridge freezer / fridge not cooling HELLLPPPPPPPP

need help i have a samsung side by side fridge freezer model RSH1DTMH the fridge has stopped cooling fan was noisy but has now stopped temperature holds at 17 , is this a self repair or do i need a fitter to fix and does anyone know what part i need cheers martin 😀

This will be an auto defrost fault.
Turn off the fridge freezer and open the doors to allow it to defrost for 48 hours. When you turn it back on it should work ok and be back to normal in 2 to 4 hours.
If the problem returns within a couple of weeks the you will need an engineer to call to repair the defrost system.

Hi

If this is in the fridge section then the problem WILL come back as you would most likely have had a block of ice on the back left wall about 1/3 of the way up.

E-mail me samsung@ffrservices.co.uk and i can supply the mod kit for this.
